UK Vape Delivery Information
PinkVape ships across the UK with fast, fully tracked delivery on every order. Here's everything you need to know about how, when and where we deliver, including our free delivery threshold, dispatch cut-off and what to expect on the day.
Delivery options & prices
- Standard delivery (2–3 working days): £2.99, FREE on all orders over £30
- Express delivery (next working day): £4.99 when you order before our 3pm cut-off, Monday to Friday
All prices are inclusive and shown clearly at checkout, no surprise fees added at the end.
Dispatch & cut-off times
Orders placed before 3pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders after the cut-off, or at weekends and on bank holidays, are dispatched the next working day. You'll get a confirmation email the moment your order leaves us.
Where we deliver
We deliver to all of mainland UK, including Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Remote areas and the Scottish Highlands & Islands may occasionally take an extra working day. We currently ship within the UK only.
Tracking your order
Every order is sent tracked. Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way. If your tracking hasn't updated within 24 hours of dispatch, just get in touch and we'll chase it up.
Discreet packaging
All orders are sent in plain, unbranded packaging with no indication of the contents on the outside, so your delivery stays private.
Age verification on delivery
Vaping and nicotine products are strictly 18+. All orders are age-verified at checkout, and couriers may request photo ID on delivery for age-restricted products. If nobody of legal age is available to receive the parcel, the courier will not leave it.
Not in when it arrives?
No problem, the courier will either leave your parcel in a safe place, with a neighbour, or attempt redelivery, and will leave a card with your options. You can usually rearrange delivery or choose a collection point directly through the tracking link.

Yes, we deliver to all of mainland UK including Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Remote areas and the Highlands & Islands may take one extra working day.
Will I need ID on delivery?
Possibly. All vaping products are 18+, so couriers may request photo ID on delivery. The parcel won't be left if no one of legal age is there to receive it.
Can I track my order?
Yes, every order is fully tracked. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched.
What if I’m not home for delivery?
The courier will leave it in a safe place, with a neighbour, or attempt redelivery, leaving a card with your options. You can also rearrange delivery via the tracking link.
